Jeff Giddens, Senior Pastor
Pastor Jeff is our Senior pastor. He and his wife Judy, joined our family in April of 2017. They have two wonderful daughters and six beautiful grandchildren. Pastor Jeff is a passionate preacher of God's Word and believes that it is central, to living a life of faith in Jesus Christ. He enjoys shepherding our church and sharing the Gospel with our community. He grew up in the small town of Warrenton, Georgia and graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He enjoys being around his family, watching college football, and is no stranger to cooking on the grill.
Judy grew up in New Jersey and is an orthopedic nurse. She enjoys time with the grandkids and spends most Sundays and Wednesdays taking care of our little ones in the nursery each week.
Ronnie Warren, Worship Pastor
Meet our Worship Pastor, Ronnie Warren, his wife Ashley and their beautiful daughter, Taylor. Ronnie's music selections bring our hearts and our voices into a unison praise to the Lord. Our musical worship not only brings praise to God, but it prepares our hearts for the message. Ronnie also directs our Hand and Feet of Christ Monday Night Ministry to over 100 Families in our locations throughout Winter Haven. He is the Newcomer's class teacher for those interested in church membership. He is an avid fishermen and loves to mentor young men in our church.
Ms. Ashley is a great service to our church family. She directs our technical team and puts in many hours to be sure our members who watch our weekly service online can worship and receive the word of God.
Jordan Harmon, Student Pastor
Our Student Pastor has been with us here at Eagle Lake since November of 2018. He and his wife Tiffany were married on October 27th, 2018. They both enjoy time together relaxing at home. Jordan also works at Oasis Christian Academy where he teaches high school. Jordan is praying about and pursuing a career in the ministry. Jordan is bilingual with a degree from Georgia College and State University in Spanish. He loves spending time with and leading the youth here at FBC Eagle Lake!
Jerry & Rebecca Granger
Meet the Granger family; Jerry and his wife Rebecca with their three handsome boys, Zechariah, Joshua and Isaiah.
Jerry wears many hats in our church and one of them is the Awana Commander. Jerry oversees our entire Awana program. We have over 100 children that participate in Awana each year. This is over 100 children that are being reached for Christ! Jerry is a deacon and also leads our B.A.S.I.C. Training Sunday School Class.
Ms. Rebecca has been our church secretary since April of 2017. During the time leading up to that she volunteered as our secretary as well and was officially hired with the arrival of Pastor Jeff Giddens. We here at FBCEL are so very blessed to have her as our secretary. As Pastor Jeff is quoted as saying, "What Rebecca does is truly a ministry to us all here at FBCEL, especially for us pastors." Rebecca also sings in our choir.
Betty Horner
Betty has a heart for children and missions. She can be seen teaching in Sunday School and Awana with the 4-5 year old children. She also has a big heart for the homeless and works hard to see that they are fed with dignity and compassion every Monday night.
